Winnipeg Public Library invites applicants for the 2011-2012 Writer In Residence

Winnipeg Public Library is seeking applications for the 2011 – 2012 edition of its Writer-in-Residence program. As a result of the generous support of the Public Library Services Branch of Manitoba Culture, Heritage, Tourism and Sport, the Writer-in-Residence program will be offered province-wide for the fourth year in a row.

From an office at Winnipeg’s Millennium Library, the Writer-in-Residence will work with emerging Manitoba writers by email and phone as well as through individual consultations, group workshops and programs within Winnipeg.
