The Manitoba Writers’ Guild Poetry Workshop is one of four MWG workshops for published writers in 2010-2011. Registrants must have one book publication of 48 pages or more by a recognized Canadian publisher.

This cross-country initiative founded by the Book and Periodical Council encourages Canadians to reflect upon and reaffirm their intellectual freedom. Participants can exercise their rights by doing a 10-minute reading from a selection of banned or challenged books.
