Saturday, May 7th, 2011 at Fort Gibralter in historic St. Boniface is Speaking Volumes, Prairie Fire’s annual fundraiser.

It’s a fantastic night of literary entertainment, hatchet throwing and food!

This year’s readers are poet Ariel Gordon and novelist Jake McDonald, whose young adult novel Julianna and the Medicine Fish was chosen to be this years ‘Manitoba Reads’ book!
