The 5th annual WINNIPEG ARTS COUNCIL AWARDS will be presented at THE MAYOR’S LUNCHEON FOR THE ARTS, a celebration that recognizes and promotes the arts, artists and partnerships that make Winnipeg a centre for cultural achievement.
