This fall, poet Kerry Ryan (Writers’ Collective Member) will be leading a Writers’ support group starting Tuesday September 28th, 7 pm at Aqua Books. Registration costs only $20 + GST.

Writers working in all genres are invited to take part in a series of drop-in,workshop-style sessions to both share work and give feedback to others.

Six sessions will take place over the fall. Participants can sign up in advance for workshop slots (everyone will be guaranteed three slots, but they’ll be assigned first come, first …

Last month, I took a break from my solitary writing life (and my day job) to spend a week with ten other fabulously talented fiction writers. I also got to mingle with a few dozen more writers who were working on poetry, life writing and writing for children and young adults.
